1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Stallya ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the App.

2. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

• Download and install the App on devices you own or control
• Access and use the App for your personal or business purposes related to horse and stable management

This license does not include the right to: (a) resell or make commercial use of the App or its contents; (b) modify, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the App; (c) use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering methods; or (d) attempt to decipher, decompile, or reverse engineer the App.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the App ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely to provide and improve our services.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or store personal data about other users

5. AI-Powered Features

Stallya uses artificial intelligence to provide insights, recommendations, and predictions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be used as a tool to assist decision-making, not as a substitute for professional veterinary advice. Always consult qualified professionals for medical decisions regarding your horses.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees and charges
• Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
• Promptly update your payment information

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the app store where you purchased the subscription.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) where you purchased your subscription. Please refer to their respective refund policies for more information.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Stallya, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE APP, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STALLYA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
